We rented a limo from Hunter for my son's Junior Prom and I was impressed by how the driver/owner took care of the kids and was very professional I knew they were in good hands Thank you so much for taking care of them and giving them a wonderful memory! You guys are the best!!!

Review: On January **, 2015 I [redacted], provided them with my card obtain a receipt for a $146.90 for two night stay at this hotel. I was charged twice the amount of $146.90 plus a fraudulent amount of $34.95 for insufficient funds which was manually entered front desk withdrawn from my account on January **, 2015, when money was available.I've contacted Econo Lodge at ###-###-#### to dispute over charges they continuously state that I have to call back to speak to a manager who is never available to resolve the over charges. Customer service lady in the reception area is rude and unprofessional. The room that was assigned to me and husband was awful: dirty bed, stains on walls from ceiling to floor, used old sheets, no covers for mattress, cold, smelly, pealing paint from ceiling to doors, rusty metals. I returned to the reception area I've demanded a refund for I can go to a better hotel after 10 minutes presenting my argument, a gentle arrived to informed me that they will only refund a day worth because 15 minutes had passed and a day will be charged. I demanded to speak with a manager I was told to wait for the weekend when he is available. Unable to receive a full refund or speak to a manager I decided to stay. I was not please with my room but had no other choice due to the weather and a unused day charged. I've pay $40.00 cash for another room with a jacuzzi with falling tiles. January ** upon our return to the room it was locked with our stuff inside another key was provided as we entered the room was not cleaned, no clean towels, or toilet paper but the jacuzzi had black tape holding up the tiles . I've contacted the Corporate Office for Econo Lodge to file a complaint and I was informed that the Econo Lodge at [redacted] is no longer under their corporate since November 2014. I faxed them proof of the multiples withdrawal from my account. No response, I contact them I was told again to wait to speak with a manager whose name they refuse to provide.Desired Settlement: I want my whole refund TOTAL AMOUNT OF $368.75. $146x2+$34.95+$40.00Double charges of $146.90 is $293.80fraudent charges of $34.95 for insufficient funds that was always availableCash payment for upgrade room with jacuzzi of $40.00.Please remove FALSE ADVERTISEMENT from Internet this hotel is not 3 1/2. Review: I prepaid (on the internet) $142.70, to reserve two rooms at the Econolodge Near Motor Speedway for the night of December 27, 2013. I showed the room clerk my reservation. She insisted that she had a reservation for only one room. In order to stay, I felt forced to pay an additional $68.57. for a second room. We occupied rooms 103 and 110 on the night of Dec. 27, 2013, and checked out on the morning of Dec. 28, 2013. At checkout, the clerk stated that, if I would call the main Econolodge number, the problem would be straightened out. I decided, instead, to contact [redacted] (I had used the ** card to charge).

[redacted] denied our complaint, stating that Econnolodge had proof of our payment, which was obvious. We don't deny that we paid for three rooms. We occupied only two.

The clerk had English as a second or third language, and was obviously poorly trained.Desired Settlement: Credit card ([redacted]) of $68.57.

I am concerned about the problem about the credit card. When the customer checked in our system, it only showed one reservation under his name on our reservation list. My desk clerk showed the customer the reservation list on the system, so can find the other reservation. But the problem was that, there was only one reservation under his name. The customer insisted wanting two rooms so my desk clerk did what she had to do and she had to charge them for another room because the reservation for the other room wasn’t showing in the system. After I received the complaint, I called the Expedia to see what went wrong. The Expedia assistance told me that this person name [redacted], he had reserved two rooms. [redacted] reserved one room under his room and reserved the second one under the name [redacted], but the quest doesn’t know anything about [redacted]. We can give them a refund, but we don’t have any credit card information, so can you please call them and tell them so contact me on this toll free number, ###-###-####.
