This place of business states that they had a pool and elevator!! The pool is old and is rotten the elevator doesn't work! When you walk into hotel it's hot and very humid it also smells of mildew the carpet is old!! They stayed that there under construction which you see no work being done the rooms are filthy my bathroom floor had blood on it and blood around the toilet the. Mattress pad had blood on it I remove the mattress pad and the housekeeper went and put it back on the bed I asked for my money back the front clerk told me that I would've had to wait until manager came in the next day. The next morning we left and went to hang out in the Columbia area to later realize the next morning that money and things were missing out of our room...it lead a foreign person working the desk he told me that the manager don't come til 3 I started raising *** about my money then a guest told me that the manager was a foreign lady but the customer service agent called a guy in by the name of Bernard W he came in with attitude was rude and nasty talking me with his kid in his arms behind the desk refuse to give me my money back and called cops because of loud talking!! He put me on the trespassing list but had a picture of my tag number and followed me down the road making verbal threats that he will beat my a*** when he catch me in Charleston because he's knows my address which he got of the copy of the trespassing notice!! I have that video on file and will be contacting the appropriate authorities!! This place of business needs to be closed and they definitely need better customer service
Refund Manager needs to be fired for following and threatening my life my money needs to be refunded and choice hotels needs to give me a free night stay
Good Day I am the manger at the EconoLodge this guest was very rude to my staff and my staff did call the Richland County on her Because we had other guest in the lobby. The guest never said anything about blood in the bathroom or on the sheets. When the guest check in to hotel she look at 2 rooms before getting the room she stayed in for the night the guest never told our staff she had problems until it was time for check out. I ask the guest why would you stay in a room ALL NIGHT with problems and that's when she started to cures and put her fingers in my face saying she would blow this place up and NO ONE WILL HAVE A PLACE TP WORK. The guest did not get a refund because she broke our computer and phone

How did I not explain my problem to the them when they switched my rooms I asked the guy at frint desk could I speak to a manager he stated manager wouldn't be in until the next day!! Your computer or phone was not broke when you called the cops on me and I left that day!! I asked for my money back way before any of this occurred!! You are not the general manager you're just the front desk manager until the general manager returns to the United States!! I will not argue back and forth with a peasant I will let my attorney deal with me his and we will like to see video of this footage
After looking at the video I will not be refunding the guest her money back my front desk and manager did everything they should have done and the guest broke the phone as well as the computer and will I have flowed up with Richland County and let them now that the things was broken. I will be happy to talk to this guest but I can't refund her money back.
