I would like to start by saying how very sorry we are about your very unpleasant experience hereThis incident happened before our arrival; however we are very committed to resolving this issueWith our new staff many new things are happeningThe card you put on file should not have been charge
and should have just been used to hold the roomNormally, guests are not charged until the day of their scheduled check outIf a room is in that bad of shape, it should have been put out of order and not been in circulation for a room to rentI can assure you that is one of the many changes happening since our arrivalAs for the claim of bed bugs, without a specimen to look at, it's hard to say what it wasWe are regularly service by Wil-KilIn hopes of setting things right, we are going to refund you half of your billIf you have any further complaints, issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us againThank you for bringing these issues to our attention and we look forward to working with you in the future.
