infections or similar symptomsThe only chemical added to the pool was a non-toxic clarifying agent straight into the skimmer so there is no chance of contaminationIn response to her complaint we have placed a new, separate, sign on the desk explaining the authorization process for debit cardsMost hotels per-authorize cards, and some take deposits above and beyond the stated rateThe additional money was held on her account for 3-business days dependent upon her bankWe refunded one full night's stay for the mwith the fridge and her other complaintsI will not be offering additional discounts as I feel we have been fair and reasonableSincerely,
