Good morning I have read the complaint and understand completely, from the information given to us and information that we Econo Lodge Midtown has collected we see that Mr*** is not the registered guest and is actually under a females name last name being *** from system invoice Ms ***
is the registered guest to this room, room ***The only way the security deposit of USD can be refunded is if registered guest is present with state issued I.D or if registered guest *** sends Econo Lodge Midtown authorization letter with her signature through Fax or Email stating that Mr *** is authorized to pick up security deposit of USDIn the event of Econo Lodge Midtown returning cash deposit to unregistered personnel can result in double payment being issued one for Mr *** and other to actual registered guest Ms *** and is something that can not be done for any reason, unless documentation is provided as sated cash deposit can be released to one person with no hassle.Please see attachments.
