Dear Ms***I'm so sorry that you experienced thisThere seems to be a lot of confusion here.I tried calling you times between July 11th and July 21stI left you voice mails (including my personal cell phone number and the times that I am available)You called back once on the hotel line, not my cell phone, while I was not workingThen I called you other times and your voice mail box was fullUnfortunately you did not provide an email upon check in so I couldn't email you either and I never heard back after my last few missed calls.We typically do not confiscate deposits as rooms are in acceptable condition however our housekeeping department notified us (per our hotel's policy) that your rooms were very dirty (please see housekeeping paperwork attached) and it ended up taking them a lot of time to clean the roomsIf rooms are in this condition we do have to charge and I apologize that we couldn't connect to help sort this out.I would like to help you out and refund $of the $confiscated deposit.Have a wonderful day!
