Review: The absolute worst place I've ever stayed. Costumer service is horrible and the rooms are disgusting. My first day visiting the manager gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on two women having sex, they screamed and threatened to kill me. When I told the manager what just happened he laughed it off despite the fact that we were all devastated and scared. Then he gave me a key to a room with a smoking refrigerator, also very scary, I thought it was going to explode. the third Time was the charm. Finally he gave me a room with bed bugs. I was awaken from my sleep at 3am with a terrible itch. When I asked for a refund after the bed bug attack his attitude was nonchalant he told me no refunds and walked away. He Didnt give us a new room or nothing. That morning the manager opened the door with a room key to wake us up at 9:15. Checkout is 11. Needless to say no one was comfortable or able to sleep. I would like a refund for the two days I stayed.Desired Settlement: $80 in cash
