Econo Lodge

I booked into the econo lodge on 3-2-20 an it was ok then but possibly 2 hours after the booking the power went out an stayed out all night and as of 3-3-20@9:52 still no hot water no lights nothing an the front desk told me that it wasn't nothing they could do because the storm that came thru was a act of god...an I don't think that was very professional of them I mean I didn't spend 75 bucks to sit in the dark...
