vehicle after bringing in customers car also other customers arrive to have services done he was not the only customer we had after performing oil change and inspection we recommended brake fluid for discoloration, spark plugs base on mileage vehicle has , also we notice a transmission leak from transmission pan gasket I approached customer with a professional attitude and explain the recommendation he then said he didn't want anything done to his car only oil change I then proceeded to take his car out and cash him out also he came in at 9:18 and was cashed out at 10:22 witch brings us to a hour  witch we ask for on every car also [redacted] complains on excessive talking we have to communicate in this business we take care of alot of customers and communication is aways key thank you for listening to our response

Review: I came in for an oil change and waited 30 minutes to find out "what was wrong with my car" and told that I had leaking fluid and other problems that my car obviously does not have as I have never seen my car leak any fluid. I was then told it would take 20 minutes for my oil change to be done and waited forty five to even be spoken to again. The employee's entire attitude changed when I refused the extra services and told him I wanted just an oil change. I did however witness excessive talking among employees, more talking than work. And an employee looked at my car four times, each about 7 minutes apart, before doing anything. I personally witnessed my car sit there while employees talked to each other. I then had to wait another 20 minutes after I witnessed my keys go into the office to be spoken to at all to pay and get my keys back so I could leave.Desired Settlement: I honestly would just like it if I received an apology from the business and some kind of compensation for my wasted time, frustration, and witnessing of bad business practices.

Review: On June 27 (Thursday), 2013 I went to this location. Paid $200 cash to the guy who assisted me. He went to buy the front brake pads with a homie and replaced the rotor from my 2006 nissan altima. He gave me a receipt reflecting an oil change and said he did not want to put in the brake pads and other work related to the brakes because he did not want to input it into the business. He was going to "hook me up". However, after leaving and coming back to pick up my car at 7pm (as he had previusly adviced me to) my car was not inside the business. The business was closed! this owner came in driving my vehicle from outside and said that the work had not been finished because of his worker having to leave. He said he would take care of my car the next morning. I was frustrated and demanded to get a receipt. He did not give me a receipt for any of the brake work he did on my vehicle. I demanded to know where my vehicle was and why the business was closed. He mentioned a business close to the [redacted] and I said my car was not there since my daughter and I walked over there and it was closed, as well. Everything was weird. Now, my car is sounding horrible. It has only been 3 months and after demanding a receipt, clarification of where my vehicle was and him getting all defensive about my questions and about the kind of business I was getting he was mad. However, I do not want to deal with this shop, staff or anything. I am mexican but, do not work like that. I need my vehicle to be fixed or my money back. I do not want to speak to this business because they were not professional at all and god knows what and where they took my vehicle ! I do not know whether or not they worked in my car!Desired Settlement: It has only been 3 months and after demanding a receipt, clarification of where my vehicle was and him getting all defensive about my questions and about the kind of business I was getting he was mad. Good morning Ms. [redacted], I took the liberty of addressing the complaint with Ms. [redacted], she came to our shop and sheexplained to me what happened with the person who help her on June 27, 2013. I explained that the person whom she spoke to is no longer employed by [redacted], and we have no way to contact him (he disappeared). Ms. [redacted] allowed me to repair her front brakes and left satisfied with the service, I am sorry for any inconvenience that this incident caused.
