Econo Lube N' Tune

I visited Econo Lube in May of 2013 for an oil change. Six months later, I went for another oil change at another business and was told that they would not touch my vehicle. Apparently, the plug to the oil pan had been stripped and put back into place, using silicon. I was not aware that this had been done by Econo Lube during my last visit and have not had my vehicle serviced by anyone since that time. This is going to cost me $$ to remove and replace the oil pan/plug, including labor costs at with the Honda dealer. I am very dissatisfied by this unprofessional and shotty workmanship. To make matters worse, my bank statement receipt states "repair" in the location of work completed. I did not go to Econo Lube for a "repair job." I went there for a simple oil change. If this was an error in damage that was done by the serviceman while my vehicle was being serviced, then it should have been called to my attention before I left. I did not authorize anyone to put the oil plug back in with silcon. I have yet to pay a visit to the management to discuss this debacle; however I know that they will more than likely not take responsibility for their actions and at this point, I do not want them to touch my vehicle.
