Econo Screens

Review: Econo Screens replaced a screen in my sliding door on 8/14/2013. I was upsold the "Heavy Duty Mesh" because it came with a 2 year guarantee. This is stated on my invoice. The screen failed the first time during 2014. Econo Screens repaired the screen after several phone calls. The screen has failed AGAIN, June of 2015, within the 2 year guarantee and Econo Screen refuses to address the failure saying they only come out once within the 2 yr period. That is not a "2 Year Guarantee" and that caveat was never stated orally or written on my invoice.Desired Settlement: Econo Screen should repair and replace the screen per the "2 Year Guarantee". However, I have serious concerns that the repair will not be of decent quality given the owner was not willing to back up his guarantee and just hung up the phone on me. So I am requesting a refund of my original payment.
