The rooms were dirty with cockroaches throughoutThere was old food left under the bedThe maids were caught stealing so there was no maid service and therefore the rooms weren't being cleaned and the trash wasn't taken outWhen I tried to contact a manager, nobody returned my callsWe had our son leave the motel and get a room at another hotel

This place is called City Studios now-not Econo StudiosIt is in a secluded area-not in a good wayDoor to room was cracked open upon arrival (anyone could have been waiting in the room) bed linens were stained, no smoke detector in room, people were hanging out in the halls, garbage over-flowing from dumpster in parking lotArrived around 11:pmKnew immediately we weren't staying due to aforementioned issues but stood in the room to make phone calls to find another placeWe had just driven hours & were tired, in need of a shower & a bedIt was July 3rd & there was very little availability due to the holidayIf we did not find another place we were going to sleep in the carWe found another place to stay, came out of the room & told the front desk attendant that we felt unsafe & why & that we could not stay & would like a full refund for the night stay we were scheduled forShe gave me a partial cr
I paid $to stay at this hotel on the nights of March 10, 11, and 12, After the first night, I spoke to the manager and requested a room change because it was too loud for sleeping in room It's right next to the highway and it was like trying to sleep with the window half openThe manager declined my request and said it wouldn't be any quieter anywhere else in the hotelThere was also only one lock on the hotel room door instead of twoI felt unsafeI returned later in the day, spoke with an assistant manager about my concerns, and checked outI only stayed at this hotel the night of March 10, The assistant manager told me my refund would need approval from a managerI called the next day and left my name and number for a managerI did not receive a call backI called on March 13, and spoke to the managerShe told me she didn't make any reservations for March or March She then asked for my name and seemed to recall that she did make my reserv
