I paid for the horrible work and did not mention anything about being happy about any thingThe horrible work is because the guy balancing the wheels chopped wheel weights and only placed them on the backI sincerely doubt that the worker saw the wheel damage atthat time alsoThe sad part is they know the wheel were just completed with powder coat and were in perfect conditionThis was explained to [redacted] before the work was done in case they did not want to do them [redacted] knowws they damaged the wheel but lied about it and told to take him to court Regards, [redacted]
This letter is in response to Mr. [redacted]s last response. We are willing to refund his money he paid for the mounting of the wheels, this does not mean we are responsible for the damage done to the wheels. The damage he states is very minimal, it's not the whole wheels as he states and again he had them for days before he returned to us with a complaint. And when he loaded his wheels to his truck, he at no time mentioned anything in regards to his wheels. Like mention earlier in this letter, we are more than glad to refund Mr. [redacted] his money he paid for the mounting of the wheels.

We have received a copy of the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding his wheels. Indeed Mr. [redacted] brought his wheels to be balanced by us on 3/15/2014, and we did the job. However, there are some details Mr. [redacted] failed to mention. When we balanced the wheel, he stood nearby and...
watched the technician do the job. He watched him take all the wheels out and set them down. We also, have video we can provide you with, where we can show him standing there watching the technician do the job. He checked out his wheels, and not once mentioned anything, I asked him if everything was good, he said yes, he even went on to pay and left. It was not until 3 days later, that he returned and said that we had scratched his wheels. I told him, "that I could not do anything for him, he left for 3 days and I could not be responsible once it left the shop, because I don't know what else happened in between those days". When he left the day we did the service, he did not have any complaints and was happy with our job.
