On April 18th, I reserved a room for an upcoming Green Baby Packer game for my older brother and his daughter and two grandsons He doesn't have a computer and I am retired, and was able to jump online the same moment the schedule was releasedOn July 17th I received a voicemail from the hotel, stating that the roof collapse repairs were not going to be finished by the time of the Packer season openingThat a full refund of $would be credited to his account in a couple of daysI booked through ***I have tried to contact the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites numerous times, I spoke with the corporate offices of Econo Lodge and they took all of my information, but have not responded, they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel*** stands ready to help, even tried to call the hotel, and nobody answered..but says without the actual cancellation of the room, which hasn't happened yet, they cannot do anythingNo refund has been issuedI have since booked another r
Reserved a room on 4/19/for two night stay of 9/and 9/16/for $Prepayment was required as Packer weekend in Green BayArrived at hotel and it was closedLearned that during 4/15/snow storm the roof collapsedTried to get refund through Hotels.com who pointed to Choice hotels and Choice hotels who pointed to owner of hotelChoice sent me a "receipt" it said owner sent them indicating the payment was credited to my credit card on 7/However it was never done and at Choice Hotel's request I had Wells Fargo (c.cissuer) draft a letter confirming thisOn 11/it called number provided (which was on a note on the hotel door and spoke to a man I believe was Amit Patel ( through reverse phone number search) who said to text him the information as he was traveling and he would look into on Monday 11/To date I have not heard from him not has money been refunded
