Client had more items then were on the inventoryHer price went up accordingly with the dollars per cubic footClient called in saying she would not be in town for one day to receive her items and was calling non stop to have them deliveredAfter client asking to have the items delivered and not to deliver on one specific day client decided to leave townDelivery is not a set day due to being a long distance company We have up to business days to deliver items and they were delivered well before that time frameLong carry and other fees are all included in contract client signed

Client wanted our driver to park illegally and leave furniture in the middle of the streetWe tried to work it out with client numerous times and told her we would deliver it where it was legal to unload house hold goodsClients contract stated all scenarios of a long carry and shuttle service if
needed at time of deliveryClient refused to abide by contract

I am rejecting this response because: We called numerous times to try and resolve the situation. We spoke to two different supervisors. The shipping supervisor was very nasty and told me to stop calling and hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke to another supervisor which was much nicer but I was told he couldn’t help me because it wasn’t his department. After my wife called to speak to the supervisor that hung up on me and told them that we would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and take legal action we got a call back in about an hour from the guy delivering the furniture. The contract started furniture would be delivered in 7 days after pick up. We waited over a month to receive our furniture. It was one excuse after another on why we still haven’t received our furniture. When we did receive our furniture we were missing a box and a curio cabinet. A lot of the furniture was damaged and scratched. The top of our bar was broken right off. I will not recommend your company to anyone.

Client had more items then were on the inventory. Her price went up accordingly with the 4 dollars per cubic foot. Client called in saying she would not be in town for one day to receive her items and was calling non stop to have them delivered. After client asking to have the items delivered and...

not to deliver on one specific day client decided to leave town. Delivery is not a set day due to being a long distance company.  We have up to 21 business days to deliver items and they were delivered well before that time frame. Long carry and other fees are all included in contract client signed.
