I an an honest person trying to make an honest living and in seven years I have not sent any customer to collections, that speaks greatly of what kind of work I do, I am not making stories to make the story look more credible, we did a lot of work and we charged a very reasonable rate for our work and [redacted] agreed to it, it is not fail and it is also illegal to do such things, and I do not have a problem explaining it to a judge, and I do have a lot of proof of what I am saying is what it was agreed upon before the job started, and actually this complaint will make the process easier because of the vary different stories and numbers he is coming up with

we responded to a call by *** warranty for a main line stoppage, when we arrived a the propperty we found out a broken line in different spots, he does not have coverage for plumbing repairs in the outside of his propperty we gave a quote to usd to the insurance and they
notified to the home owner, we have that on record from different warranty employeeswe explained to him that we did not know the price because we did not know hoe deep the line was but as soon as we found out we will notify himwe got a call the very next day to go ahead and start the projectI sent plumbers o work on the issue and when we found the dept. of the line feet deep, we spoke to him and gave him the total price to be collected upon finishing the job, he agreed and we moved on the job. After we finished the job *** would not answer the phone for a few days, and when he did he became very aggressive cursing at office personnel, few days latter he contact one of my plumbers, he had his number from the first day when we diagnosed the issue, he offered the plumber dollars and wanted to settle, and then we offered a reduction in price, bring it down to if he paid the same day, and he declinedthis is been going on for the last months and I finally turner over to collections to deal with this matter, thats when mr *** came up with the story of us damaging his plants,(not true) damaging his irrigation timer which is impossible to break from we were atand all the other stuff he is creating just to get away with not paying his billby the way get a quote from any licensed plumber and the price will be well above dollars

I do not feel that any resolution was obtainedWhen I initially called Economic Plumbing, I knew the toilet fill valve was the problem, however I was unable to break a bolt freeThey replaced the valve at that timeThe second time I contacted Economic Plumbing, it was because I believed the problems was something more than the toilet fill valve as it had just been replacedI have been a homeowner for years and I have had to replace a few fill valves over the yearsThey have all lasted over yearsI am more than capable to change the fill valve however, again, I never thought that it could possibly be the valve that was just replacedI had the tank cover off when the service rep arrivedWithout even checking the toilet bowl or flushing the toilet, the employee admitted to me and my son that the first valve was cheap and that specific type tended not to last longI feel that it is quite obvious that when an service rep ADMITS to using a cheaper (however maybe approved) toilet valve that I should not be chargedI do not feel that a three minute visit is worth $

To whom it may concern: This is in response to the complaint summited to the Revdex.com in the state of Arizona ID#***The complainant states she placed an order with her insurance last year to report a toilet that was running nonstopEconomic Plumbing made the proper repairs at the time of the first visit on 03/22/2016, and billed the warranty company for the repairAt the time, the home owner was responsible for paying a service fee of usdThe second issue came the following year, on 1/15/when the toilet started running nonstop again (nine months after the initial repair)The home owner was informed of a day warranty, and was advised if the services provided were unsatisfactory, the warranty company would provide the client with the opportunity to request a different company to provide servicesUnfortunately, the warranty provided for the repair and parts has expired. The second issue stated Economic Plumbing had used cheat parts in the repairs made in the householdAs standard, Economic Plumbing only uses parts that are available and approved for use by the toilet manufacturerTherefore restraining our company from choosing to install product that may be deemed at a lower quality, specifically for builder standard toiletsHigher level products are available but are not universal; those products would not fit the toilet in questionThe parts used were made specifically for that brand and type of toilet. We have a good working relationship with a specific group of warranty companies and there have been instances our employees have returned to fix problems under the three month warranty periodIn those cases, the insurance company payed for the labor which took part to fix these issuesIt is standard that the defective parts are taken to the seller and a request is initiated for a replacement partThis is only done and possible during the day warranty period Terms and conditions for our services were made clear to the home owner at the dates of service in questionUnfortunately, the client has failed to understand the issue at handThey have been advised by Economic Plumbing and the insurance company that her request is beyond the scope of our agreement, which was stated on the invoice signed by the client Sincerely Mizael G*** Owner of Economic Plumbing Professional Llc

The response from Economic plumbing is a complete fabrication .!!  They will. Ever be able to provide any documentation to back up any of their claims . I specifically asked them to send me over a bid , and to include pictures if possible . I also informed them that I would be getting other bids . I was out of town in Las Vegas which is why I asked for pictures . I also would never authorlrize any work without another bid.  They indeed did damage to my property and did work without any authorization . I have included pictures of the damage repairs , plus a copy of the invoices to repair the damage. This company. It only removed my sprinkler system , but cut the drip line enabling water to flood the control box and ruin the wiring. As a result the plants died and the grass as well. Also they did not compact the hole and did extensive damage to the ground. The fact that they cannot provide any paperwork or calls on a call log proves that they are fabricating their facts. I also called other plumbing companies and were quotes costs ranging from 1400-2500 dollars for this type of work , so a claim of 5000.00 is greatly exaggerated. This is a company not willing to take any responsibility nor provide quality service and customer service . They simply did undocumented and unauthorized work and are trying to bully their way into an inflated payment . They have no proof that there were 5 guys there ? They have no proof of anything . It's only allowing 4 pictures but I have many pictures and copies of all the invoices available to view at any time .

To whom it may concern:   This is in response to the complaint summited to the Revdex.com in the state of Arizona ID#[redacted]. of the first visit on 03/22/2016, and billed the warranty company for the repair. At the time, the home owner was responsible for paying a service fee of 65.00 usd. The second issue came the following year, on 1/15/2017 when the toilet started running nonstop again (nine months after the initial repair). The home owner was informed of a 90 day warranty, and was advised if the services provided were unsatisfactory, the warranty company would provide the client with the opportunity to request a different company to provide services. Unfortunately, the warranty provided for the repair and parts has expired.    The second issue stated Economic Plumbing had used cheat parts in the repairs made in the household. In those cases, the insurance company payed for the labor which took part to fix these issues. It is standard that the defective parts are taken to the seller and a request is initiated for a replacement part. This is only done and possible during the 90 day warranty period.      Terms and conditions for our services were made clear to the home owner at the dates of service in question. Unfortunately, the client has failed to understand the issue at hand. They have been advised by Economic Plumbing and the insurance company that her request is beyond the scope of our agreement, which was stated on the invoice signed by the client.   Sincerely Mizael G[redacted] Owner of Economic Plumbing Professional Llc.

Good afternoon, the reason why there was not a resolution to the problem is because you are being unreasonable with the demand, you are seeking warranty on a repair that extends well past the time we agreed upon  we do not offer a one year warranty on parts or labor, and if the desired resolution is for you to get money from your warranty company, I think you should call your warranty company not us. thanks Mizael G[redacted] Economic Plumbing
