This person came to service my heat pump, put liquid gas in itNever measured the weight of gas, did not give me any receipt, haggled away with $ and left me with a non working Heat Pump Unit

units and registered them on his own. As I remember it I tried to register them and they were already registered at that time. I'm working on getting the info. as we speak. Ive been there on several accusations to fix the issue and yes the unit that was installed had something wrong with the refrigeration oil from factory. Ive replaced the TXV valve that was told I should replace and recovered and replaced the refrigeration as told to do the unit. Ive done the repair to the unit outside of the 1 year warranty that our company offers in labor, and I did not charge the homeowner. Unit was working fine at that time. Also I have not heard from him since, so I assumed everything was working properly. Therefore I have not had any calls to return when he has not called. The second issue with the ceiling getting wet was due to [redacted] installing insulation after the install of the unit. The insulation weighed down the condensate line therefore it couldn't drain properly and backed into the safety pan and onto his ceiling. Again I went there and fixed his issue with no charge and added a condensate pump to make him feel better and again I did not charge him on a billable charge and explained to him the problem when I discovered he was in the attic and added so much insulation. That it covered the line in about 3 to 4 feet of insulation. which we have pictures to show the attic and the insulation added to cover our end. I also have pictures of the the units installed. and running properly. [redacted] has been a problem customer from the very beginning and as I look back wish we would of never took on his job. The job was way underbid for the work that was done to make a new customer. This will conclude our response to the complaint and I hope you can understand the frustration with this customer and see that we went WAY above and beyond for this Homeowner. I hope this response makes sense due to I don't know how to type very well and I'm more hands one mechanical and technical. Thank you,StevenEconomical Mechanical###-###-####

I understand that this customer is upset due to his neglagence, and misunderstanding you do not go into an attic that has all your heating and air conditioning equipment and load 3 ft of insulation over everthing and as to the responce that there were no hangers on the pvc that lays across the ceiling rafters is ludacrist that is normal practice procedure. What is not normal practice procedure is  to go into the attic and weight down the line with heavy insulation. Also the pic that was takin was a peace of plaster that was up there in the attic it's no prop or anything to do with the drain line. That is right were the line goes out the wall and there its a 3/8" condensate pump line ran into out the wall in the pipe. As said before I went above and beyond to f2f is his mistake and fixed the TXV valve under the warranty guidelines as told by [redacted] to fix. I feel the homeowner is trying to get money due to compensate his losses due to getting other things done in his home. I feel I have went way above and beyond my duties as an 24 yr certified HVAC Mechanic. I'm truly sorry he feels this way but I do not deserve a neg. Review when I heave done everything I could do to rectify the issue and I feel there would off never been a way to please this customer.  We're none to do high quality work and stand by our decision with proof Ann's testamony if needed.Thank you,StevenEconomical Mechanical

I am rejecting this response because:Just as I have mentioned before, there will be no remediation for this situation.  The Revdex.com has no power to do anything about this situation, and these multiple responses to say "accept/reject" is a waste of time.To clarify on the situation here, there are two heat pumps in the house, each with separate issues that were trying to be rectified.  The attic heat pump/AC air handler was leaking in the summer BEFORE any insulation was installed, so the excuse that insulation caused a water back up on the flexible PVC condensate line is absurd.  The only reason there is a pump there is because I requested it after the attic flooded the second time.  When I installed insulation after the first leak was supposedly fixed, the only time it would have caused issues is if there was a twenty foot span of 3/8" PVC condensate line that was not properly mounted; which is was happened.  The attic was uninsulated, and needed insulation, and a poorly installed (not common business practice) extended run of PVC was the culprit again to the flooding. Look, we're never going to agree on the situation here.  The downstairs unit had to be completely replaced because of failed repair attempts.  The TXV valve may have been replaced, but the contractor never specified if it was the inside or outside unit that had the repair done.  I also found the receipt paperwork that specifies that the parts were under warranty for 10 years, but does not specify who the warranty was through.  The contractor was losing out money on repairs because he never registered the units, and was eating the cost during the repairs, thus the explanation why he tried to avoid them.  The picture of the condensate line on the "plaster" was shown after the pump was installed, so the "plaster" professional pitch creating downslope is hoping that the plaster does not ever fall, or the pump will pump water right into the attic.Post the negative review.  This is not the first time someone has been negatively affected by this companies work.  There is already a review on the Revdex.com website from someone he scammed last year.
