I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[After having them come three times (and they collected over $500), I decided to find another AC repair company. The other AC repair company told me that the previous AC company dissemble all our AC units on the roof. As a result, no AC would run in the office. They assembled everything back and changed an old wire and now we got our full AC back for less than $100. I think it is OK if the previous AC repair company did not know how to fix our AC. However, I don't think it is OK for them to keep collecting the money but dissembling our AC units. I would like to get the $500 refund back.]

ductwork. (this was on 7/8/2016 and office was providing cool air to rest of office)We did not hear back until last week of the month of August to come fix the ductwork. We then got material to perform the work on 8/30/2016. At the end of the job the customer then let us know he hasn't had air for at least a week (entire office affected)We returned next day to find unit had a bad part. Customer was very unhappy, be we explained that since we were here a month ago the unit broke down.Economy air went up and over good service and replaced the part at no extra cost to the customer.Unfortunately, some customer have a hard time understanding our field of work and that when it is 90100 outside air temp the units runs a lot and more issues may arise at the same time.
