This is in response to ID [redacted] Economy Air was called out to check on not enough cooling in main office and office #(Not entire area was 100% down) We traced out ductwork and found crushed main ductwork feeding area of complaintWe then explained to customer and provided a bid to fix ductwork(this was on 7/8/and office was providing cool air to rest of office)We did not hear back until last week of the month of August to come fix the ductworkWe then got material to perform the work on 8/30/At the end of the job the customer then let us know he hasn't had air for at least a week (entire office affected)We returned next day to find unit had a bad partCustomer was very unhappy, be we explained that since we were here a month ago the unit broke down.Economy air went up and over good service and replaced the part at no extra cost to the customer.Unfortunately, some customer have a hard time understanding our field of work and that when it is outside air temp the units runs a lot and more issues may arise at the same time
