When we unlocked our condo recently we realized something was wrong with the air conditioner The fan was running but there was only tepid air exiting the vents We had used Economy for our preventive maintenance since so I called immediately One of the senior technicians, Greg, responded that evening He checked the compressor and found that it was corroded, unserviceable, and had no coolantThe only option was to replace it
Greg recognized our dilemma and the fact that the weekend was approaching He correctly realized we wanted something done quickly He called an administrator within Economy, Dustin, at 9pm and got a quote for replacing our compressor, insuring that we would have air conditioning quickly Greg gave us the lowest-cost option and I asked many questions about other options that would cost more but provide us with a longer sense of assurance that our old air handler would not surprise us Greg took measurements and said he would give us other quotes the next morning after consulting with Dustin, checking on rebates, and reviewing the inventory
We were able to determine quickly that the Economy quote Greg gave us Friday morning was very competitive and, based on our experience since as well as the experience with Greg the evening before, I asked Economy to replace our entire system as quickly as possible That turned out to be the same day! The installation team arrived, assessed the installation of the compressor on the roof and the air handler in the condo and worked diligently throughout the day Friday Their work was outstanding, conscientious, and expert! They even found that the air return space was not insulated so they insulated the walls of the spaceThe installation took quite a while but the technician team stayed and did all the work before leaving Friday night, taking pride in doing the job correctly!

I recently had a new AC/heating unit installed from Economy,right from the day of estimate to completion of installation all employees displayed the upmost professionalism! I knew they were here as soon as they pulled up in vehicle for they are properly labeled with company name,also all employees were in a company uniform!, Installers were most respectful of my home, when they were finished it was like they were never here right down to vacuuming the carpet!!!! Their customer service far surpassed other companies I have dealt with in the past!!!!
Just yesterday they came and installed a complete inside and out systemThey did this in a timely, efficient and professional mannerNobody likes to write that check but if you have to call these guys!
