Customer is currently 74 Days past due, 3 payments behind, not one as stated by customer. They have been behind for several months...
and we have worked with them on partial payments for the past year. Gave customer the opportunity to drop vehicle off to avoid the repossession fee so that they would be able to get car back easier, they refused to do so. Said they could not bring it in because it was in the shop getting repairs done yet we checked several times that day and it was always in front of their home. After retrieving vehicle and inspecting none of the repairs that they stated it needed had been done or were needed. Still willing to give the car back if they can make the three payments and the repo fee.
