The business stated that the customer did let them know the vehicle was still having problems and was going to take it elsewhereShe was told that if she takes it somewhere else they can't be held accountable for the work done or cover the costThey are willing to check the oil daily for her to ensure that it is working in the proper way

I spoke with the businessHe states that this was a job done between the customer and one of the employees since they were friendsThis vehicle had a lot of problemsThe motor is used and at this point the customer would need to check the oil in the vehicle everyday for a week to determine how
the car is running because of where it came fromAfter that the customer should check it once every other week and then every two weeks, etcthe business is willing to check this for her if she brings to the vehicle back, but if she takes the vehicle anywhere else the warranty is not valid

Review: On 4/21/14 - I took my car to this place to change 3 spark plugs, replace cv axle and change the oil - car was running fine up to the point I took it in there - they told me they found shavings in the plugs and told me the motor was bad.I had only had the vehicle for 2 months and had bought a warranty for 3 months - they were to file a claim with the warranty people - which took them 3 weeks to do (for some reason) - then they did not strip the motor down as the adjustor had told them too - and so adjustor had to come back a second time. At that time they called me to try to get me to pay for the adjustor having to come out $110 - I ask why I should have to pay since they did not do job correctly - they let it go - the warranty did not cover the motor (another disappointment) due to it covered the pistons but did not cover the part that caused the pistons to go bad.So I had to look around for a used motor - which I did not have money for - however my church raised the money for me - so we found one for $500 - and the mechanic told me they would charge me $650 to put it in - at that time I had no choice since the vehicle did not run- at that point they wanted the money up front to do the work.Two weeks later I called to see if they had put the motor in and they said not yet they have been busy (my vehicle was there first don't understand) - a week later I called again - this time they said in the process they broke a piece off the radiator - and now would cost me another $50 to get a radiator (again I said why you broke it)Two more weeks went by - no calls - they would not answer my calls - always saying too busy to talk - when I finally got ahold of someone - he said the radiator had been sitting for a week at [redacted] - still waiting on it - Monday when I called they are still waiting on radiatorI am a single mother of 3 children - have had no vehicle - been trying to get to work everyday - with a $400 week income - I need to get my vehicle back-making pmts - not drivingDesired Settlement: Need my vehicle back - I am getting behind on rent and other bills - due to them always asking for more money and paying on a vehicle I have not driven in 2 months
