Review: I purchased my progressive lenses, and picked them up at your location in person, on Wednesday September *, 2014. When picking them up I noticed that the top portion of the lens was fuzzy, and after having tried to wear them for the past week to try to get used to them, as you recommended, and getting the opinion of a couple other people, there is distortion at the top of the lens.

Below is a list of all of the problems I’m having with those lenses.

1. The top is fuzzy

2. The intersection of the top portion and the bottom is a little too high

3. The blurry portion of the lens on the sides is too prevalent, not allowing me to move my eyes

4. There is too much glare.

Generally, they are very poor quality lenses that weren’t properly specialized for me. Because of this these lenses are of inferior quality and therefore unusable.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and will be happy to return the lenses.

[redacted]as been a happy customer of ours since March 2012. He brought in an RX and we filled it the way he requested. We used a premium progressive to help his needs.

[redacted] was advised to go back to his doctor to see if his RX was incorrect. He decided to see our doctor and we tried to help him with a new RX.

In order to cooperate and satisfy [redacted]'s needs, we called and spoke to [redacted] today. He will bring in the lenses and we will give him a refund.
