I finally received my refund from [redacted] because I filed a complaint through their website and won because no one from the company would respond to phone calls or emails. Review: Company never delivered item or refunded money. It has been over a month since my account was charged and the company has not responded to emails or phone calls to refund costs charged to my account.

Order placed on 5/2. Total: $84.70 - I also paid an additional sum for Express Saver Delivery with an Estimated Delivery for date of Friday May 9

5/12: Emailed that gown did not arrive and company responded it would be delivered by 5/16

5/16: Emailed company again after gown was not delivered to ask for a refund -no reply from the company

Called the company the following week and left a message - no reply from company

I missed the graduation ceremony due to the product not arriving on 5/16/2014Desired Settlement: Refund of $84.70

Paid 24.50$ for 2 day express delivery on a 28$ order only to receive the diploma cover minus the cap and gown early, very disappointed when I called was spoken to like It was my fault

Review: I ordered a gown from the company on May 17 2014 and paid extra for 2 day delivery. The order was promised on May 21, 2014. On May 21 the order had not been shipped. I tried to contact the company via email. No response. May 22 I again tried to contact the company via email. No response. May 23 I called the company went straight to Voice mail. May 23 I called the company again. After finally getting someone to answer I was told that they were super busy and that my order had "fallen through the cracks because they were understaffed and overwhelmed". I then asked why they had charged my credit card with no intention of shipping me the item which I needed by Friday May 23rd. I was then told it was out of their hands.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the product and the extra shipping.
