Review: Last week I dropped off a long, light colored lavender colored wool coat with coffee stains on both the left and right sides in several places, at the chest level and down the coat. The coat belongs to me and I knew it was coffee as I remembered spilling it last season. The staff person noted the stains with stickers as I clearly explained they were coffee stains. She gave me a check for $16 with a pick up date of Monday. Today I picked up the coat, and it looked IDENTICAL to how it was when I dropped it off. The same staff woman today said that they couldn't get out coffee stains. If that's the case, why wasn't I told last week and saved me the $16? I paid the $16 without thinking but that was a big mistake. I do not think I should have to pay when essentially what I was paying to be cleaned was untouched. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.Desired Settlement: Full refund - $16.

As [redacted] stated the coffee stains all over on her coat are 7-8 months old. When stains are left on without treatment for the period especially over hot summer days, they get oxidized and very difficult or impossible to remove. She should see some stains got much lighter and around more heavily stained areas fabric got pluffy, because we had tried several times to remove them.

We spend more time on her coat than average other garment. Further try may cause damage on fabric. However, if she wants, we can try one more time.
