We had some work done by Valcourt over the summer It looked great however when we noticed a crack in the pavement they put down, the email (with photographs) that we sent to them was ignored Upon contacting by telephone the response was more or [redacted] and were told it was our fault or the fault of a big vehicleUnfortunately, Valcourt Designs do not stand by their workmanship when something is wrong Incidentally, when a contractor in the same profession seen the crack in our pavement he said straight away that it never should have happened Unfortunately, we would not recommend Valcourt Designs based on our personal experience with them
