MMedia. Service began with the August **, 2017, issue and was scheduled to continue through July **, 2019. In response to *** ***'s cancellation request, she was receiving the magazine as a result of recently making an online purchase. The magazine was included as a bonus offer with *** ***'s purchase. By default, the subscription was sent to the name and billing address used during her purchase. There were no hidden costs, further obligations, or automatic renewals associated with *** ***'s subscription. Since it appears that *** *** wishes to cancel, we have contacted MMedia on her behalf to cancel. The last copy mailed to *** *** will be dated September *,

through a third party magazine service, MMedia Group. Delivery on this order began with the issue dated August ***, and was scheduled to continue through the July ***, issue Per *** ***’s request, we have stopped the delivery of the magazine, the last to be mailed being the October ***, issue. In regards to her inquiry about how the order was placed, she would need to contact MMedia Group, as that is who she ordered directly through. They can be reached at either ###-###-#### or *** Lastly, we apologize to *** *** for the inconvenience caused to her in this matter. As *** *** has noted, there have been some changes made to our distribution process, which has impacted different parts of the country differently. We regret the inconvenience this has caused *** *** and we understand that it may cause her to no longer want to receive the magazine. Stone is offered at no additional cost when purchasing concert tickets and a chance to opt-out of receiving the magazine is offered during the transaction process. We regret that *** *** received the magazine if she did not want to and apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
