I went to JTC to have a nail removed from a tire After getting home I cleaned the grease off of the wheel and realized the rim had been damaged The next day I drove back to JTC and spoke with the owner The owner denied the damage occurred at the business and stated that he was willing to help repair the damage if he did not have to spend any money
On June 16th, I sent a check and ordered address labels. To this date, the check hasn't been cashed and I never got the labels. I tried to call the number and it has been disconnected.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Have received the labels.
