First I apologied for late reply I was not here all that time I was on vacation for weeksI am very sorry to here that someone (one customer) is not very happy with our servicesI am so sad to say that but unfortunately I am unable to give credit back because when
we give them room was perfect ok, but at midnight they said was not okIf they need to Inspect the room why they did do earlier and then next day they said I've want to stay with there friends room, but even then they keep the key of the room, and they stay in the same clean roomSo if in future they want to come back they should know that we don't know who did it buy if you come back right way so we can knowSo I am sorry this time.

Review: I booked this hotel originally at 1:00 Pm on 8/28/2014. through booking.com. 3 hours later I called to cancel my reservation with the hotel directly and told him all my information

and he said I had to call booking.com as that is where I booked it. I called booking.com and they put me on hold to call the hotel directly to give info on my cancellation and they stated there would

be no charge for the cancellation and he had waived any cancellation fees. Booking.com sent me a cancellation confirmation along with written cancellation confirmation that there was to be zero charged and he had waived any fees. On 9-1-14 I was charged 96.20 by the economy inn. I called booking.com and they said there was to be no charges made and I had cancelled. They put me on hold to call the owner and they came back to say the owner decided to change his mind. However, booking.com said that it wasn't right and that there should have been no charges. They said they will continue to work with the owner about this as I shouldn't have been charged and have written confirmation from booking.com that there was zero charges for cancellation. I called to the hotel directly and the owner/manager was rude and said no I had to charge you, and called me a liar when I said I have proof of my cancellation and written confirmation of zero amount for the cancellation in the email from booking.com. I believe the owner knew from when I first called to cancel my reservation that he was going to do this to me. I called him directly to cancel and gave him all my info and then said to call booking.com and I did as such as still was charged when I have proof of everything I have said. Absolutely not working with me or Booking.com.Desired Settlement: refund my charge for a room I cancelled in advance and got confirmation of that canellation.
