My husband and I bought a Chevy Volt in from Tom Naquin and the sales experience was a pleasureAfter we bought the vehicle we had several issues that need to be seen by the service department the first year was fine but after that the service or should I say lack of service we have received has been horribleIf you ever need service and call the service department and leave a voice mail your call will never be returnedSix months ago my husband called because her could not get his charging door open and asked that someone call him back with advice, he is still waiting for the call back to this day June 20, About a month ago he had an engine light come on and need oil change and some other services he had to call back several times to get an appointmentThey thought they had the engine light figured out but it came back on a few days after getting the car backSo my husband called again three days he tried again and got someone on the phone set up the appointmentA few days later is seatbelt started making a noise it was on a Thursday so he called and asked that someone call him back and to see if they could look at it when they did the other serviceFinally on Monday someone called him back to say yes we can look at that when it is inAnd gave excuses about being to busy to callIn the mean time we called another service center and have the car all fixed and they have never let a phone call go but a few hours without returning itAmazing how great customer service can be when they tryWe will never again go back to Naquin's nor will we ever buy any vehicle from themI knew *** and this is not how he would have wanted his business run
