I am rejecting this response because:When we first hired *** ***, we had a problem with a leaking toilet The cause of the problem was obvious, due to the water that was flowing into adjacent rooms from the toilet.** did not need to “r**roduce” the problem, because the water damage made it obvious.** pulled the toilet and saw that the flange and wax ring needed to be r**laced.When ** came on their third attempt to fix this problem, the water damage was visible and very similar to the first time we called them.It was not necessary to “r**roduce” the problem - since the problem was there: pools of water in rooms adjacent to the toilet and water damage around the base of the toilet.So to say that they could not "r**roduce" the problem is nonsense. When I tried to explain to the plumbing technician that the problem was still the toilet (as was obvious from the water damage locations), he argued with me and said it could not be the toilet, because they had already fixed it.He refused to pull the toilet.After the plumbing technician left, some of the pooling water was cleaned up, and the shower (which ** claimed was the problem) was never used.The water, from the toilet leak, appeared again (since ** did not fix the toilet) and the water location made it even more obvious that the leak was still in the toilet.I called the plumbing technician as soon as we saw the new water evidence and left him a message He never returned my call.When I called ** to explain that the problem was obviously misdiagnosed and the leaking toilet was still a problem, an ** r**resentative told us that we were banned and that they would not honor their service warranty.So I pulled the toilet myself and discovered the leak Water was flowing over the wax ring that ** had installed.** had installed a wax ring that was too thin (you should use a thick wax ring when the flange is flush or below the level of the floor/tile).I documented the entire process of pulling the toilet and discovery of the damage with videos and photos.When I called the owner of *** *** to explain the situation and give him the opportunity to make things right, he refused to acc**t any of my phone calls and never returned any of my messages.It was necessary for me to take off work on the several attempts ** made to fix our toilet There was also over $in damages caused by **’s mistake.*** *** was more than happy to acc**t payment from us, on two s**arate occasions, but was unwilling to fix the problem they were paid for and unwilling to honor their service warranty

No. We were never able to reproduce the issue the customer complained about. Every time we returned, even after multiple visits to try to make it right, including some no charge repairs to the toilet, we were not able o reproduce the problem the customer stated was occurring. We are finished working...

with this customer and do not wish to be contacted by them again. Thank you!
