complaint was not the original technician that installed itHe was sent there to assist the problem mentioned by the customer regarding the work done on the first visit by the original technicianOn 1/9/16, the second technician went out there with the General Manager and fixed the issue that the customer was havingThe problem had nothing to do with the hot water heater itself but the gas supplyThe gas supply line was too small and wasn't feeding enough gas to keep the hot water heater litAfter the assessment, the General Manager followed up with the customer on 1/14/to see if the hot water heater had anymore problems but the customer said it is working fine now
