Mr*** have missed each others calls on several occasionsChris spoke with him HE STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTERMITENT SCRAPING NOISE, he stated he didn't know if he wanted to return hereIf there are any issue's with parts we replaced they are under warrantyCustomer can use any other Napa Auto Care repair facility and they will warranty our work , he does not have to return hereWe performed other repairs on this invoice, that I believe he is not having any issues with. AS FAR AS WE KNOW HE IS STILL DRIVING THE CAR DAILY , SO WHATEVER THE PROBLEM, IT MUST BE MINORBut I cannot fix it if he wont bring it in Sincerely, Chris ***

MY Response to MR.*** allegations is thisHe has completely fabricated this story as we did absolutely no work to his transmission lines whatsoeverWe did brake work a wheel bearing and a fan clutchAt no time while it was in our shop did
we alter any transmission lines .! Furthermore whoever has been doing the repairs on MR *** vehicle as this is the only time he has been in our shop installed the wrong parts on his brake system which is why they failed in the first place

*** never even talked to the tech who serviced my truckHe just assumed that they did not to the damage and the poor repair to cover it upA business is only as good as their worst employeeNever assume that things don't happen until you investigateI'm my career I have seen employees working for me make stupid mistakes and ducussion I would never think they would do but after I took the time to properly investigateYep it happen*** your shop accidentally broke my transmission line and tried to cover it up and the fix failed and cause my transmission to burn upMan up investigate what happenYou can see by the repairs that the work on the bearing and clutch motor the line is right there where it could have easily hit it with a tool and cracked the lineNo one has worked on my care in over months but your companyThe poor "fix" was very very new and the transmission fluid that leaked out when the line blew from the poor repair was clean fluid showing it was a very fresh repairThe other shop post not that out too and I already saw that when I pulled into their lotWhen I came to talk to you about this you just said no way get out and sue meYou did nothing to look into what happen
