Had my hearing tested at Robillard Kanata in March As expected, I had moderate hearing loss in the higher frequencies I started a day free trial of *** hearing aids but after much effort by the Robillard Kanata staff, especially Sarah M***, the hearing aids themselves did not produce a discernible hearing improvement Their efforts to improve the outcome and their overall service level were exemplary When I eventually asked for a refund of my money it was done immediately and willingly While I'm now a former customer, I can't say enough about the extremely positive nature of our business dealings If/when my hearing deteriorates further and hearing aids do become a necessity, I will go directly to Robillard I can recommend them without reservation
Had Economy well out this past Monday before Thanksgiving. They replaced our well tank and switch since we were without water over the previous weekend. At the end of their repair I was told to turn on the water and let it run for at least 20 minutes. While they were still in my house the pressure started to fluctuate very low and back to normal. The technician told me it was the screen on my faucet spout and if I cleaned it everything would be fine. When I questioned that as nonsense he then stated it would be steady after a little time once everything stabilizes. When it didn't I called back on Tuesday and had to leave a message without a return call. I was contacted back on Wednesday with a response of the technician will call me to discuss the issue. He and I did speak and he wanted me to turn off power, drain the system, check the pressure and turn everything back on and the problem would be fixed. However all of this is in my crawlspace and I just paid them over $500 to fix this properly. Now it is Thanksgiving day and my home is full of guests and I have zero water. I excused myself after eating and went back into the crawl to discover smoking wires from the newly installed switch. I will be waiting to hear back from them in the morning.
