We purchased a refrigerator on Friday July As it turns out we were sold a freezer We drove approximately kilometers and wasted approximately hrs to be told they would (as it was their mistake, switch for a similar fridge at a higher price, at no extra charge to us) Upon entering this store he informs me that they will not switch unless we pay the difference on price - $for all the troubleThey reneged on a deal that they had accepted and agreed to via telephone I said they were in the wrong and only fair thing to do would be to let us have our second choice at no charge.This was not what was agreed to and as a result they have lost a customer and any future business
