Review: I placed a rather large paper order with this company for their 8 1/2" x 11" Mango paper. When the paper arrived I found approximately 10-20% of the paper to be unusable due to holes in the paper, bugs and staples embedded in the paper and pieces of paper that had been taped together in an effort to make a single sheet of paper. Additionally, the paper was not 8 1/2" x 11" as advertised. The actual size varied quite a bit from 8" - 8 1/2" and 11"-11 1/2". Due to a need to meet the demands of my customer I made due with the paper as best I could. This required me to go through thousands of sheets page by page to sort out bad sheets and then re-cut every page to make it all one uniform size. I needed an additional amount of paper to finish my order for my customer. At the time of this second order I made a complaint to the company about the poor quality of paper and requested that my second order be filled with 8 1/2" x 11" paper as advertised. I was told that they would specially cut the paper for me. After two weeks I contacted the company and they told me that they could not send my order yet because they had to sharpen their paper cutter. After another two weeks I again contacted the company and was told the paper would be cut to my specification and shipped. When I received the new order it consisted of better quality paper but measured 8 1/4" x 10 3/4" The owner of the company and I spoke on the phone and he admitted that my first order had been filled with substandard paper that they don't sell to their customers because it consists of rejects from the paper roll. He then admitted that they also had not cut my second order as promised and had just sent me the usual paper off the shelf. At this point (April 18th) the owner agreed to provide me with a refund of 10% of my original order ($50). He also asked me to return the paper from the second order for a full refund of approx $125. I returned the paper and according to FedEx tracking it arrived at the company on May 5thDesired Settlement: I would like this company to refund my money as they have been promising to do since April 18th. Every time I contact them they either ignore me or send me an email full of gibberish promising that my refund is just around the corner. Any help you can lend to fix this situation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
