how can a customer contact them when they dont respond to any of the messages sent or emails sent to them.. on top of that they only work 3 days of the week 4 hours a day.. getting in touch with this company with any issues area nightmare.. and when you do get in touch, and order a part, they promise to ship the same day but all they do is create the shipping label but never ship actual item to the carrier.. soooooo unprofessional I don't know how this company stays in business.. go buy other scooters.. there are many other choices with better customer service..
