[redacted] [redacted] Ecos Environmental & Disaster Restoration (“ECOS”) is celebrating its 10th year anniversary this year This is the first Revdex.com complaint that ECOS has received from a customer in our Roaring Fork Valley region which covers Glenwood Springs to Aspen ECOS is an [redacted] certified firm with [redacted] certified employees that follow industry standards to safely restore customer's homes after the impact [redacted] water, mold and/or fire damageECOS also strives to provide the highest quality [redacted] customer service & satisfaction In 2012, ECOS received the Business [redacted] the Year Award from the [redacted] due to its high quality [redacted] customer service & satisfaction The first job ECOS performed for [redacted] was a success because she called us again as a repeat customer for a second job on July 11th, The first job was billed as a carpet cleaning job that required the use [redacted] only one fan for one day while the second job ECOS performed required several pieces [redacted] equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers More specifically, the second job we did for [redacted] was billed using insurance industry standards dictated by Xactimate & we provided her with a 50% discount on the equipment Both the complexity and the necessity [redacted] equipment usage for the second job deemed the job more expensive than the first but unfortunately [redacted] did not give ECOS a chance to explain the difference in the two bills Instead, the first time we heard about a billing concern from [redacted] was when we received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com on August 12th, Negative reviews on the internet can severely damage the reputation [redacted] a small business, so one can only imagine the disappointment at our firm that we were not given a chance to negotiate a price with [redacted] and instead had to respond to a Revdex.com complaint letter ECOS aims to have happy customers and thus we regularly discuss billing concerns with our clients and negotiate the price when the customer is not covered by insurance Soon after receiving the Revdex.com complaint, we called [redacted] to explain the differences between her first and second job and in order to provide the highest level [redacted] customer satisfaction, ECOS settled on billing the second job at a discount to try to make [redacted] a happy repeat customer [redacted] ***
