I reject the company's response based on the following: While I did indeed receive a phone call from someone named [redacted], the number she called from, the same one needed to reach her, has been disconnected. I checked and re-checked my caller id and phone records directly from my carrier to confirm I was dialing the correct number.I do not understand the game playing and poor faith practices by these people. I hope other consumers will benefit from this complaint. There is a problem with their product and they simply do not care or perhaps want to ignore it for other reasons.
