Revdex.com:This company does not only have poor customer service, it barely has customer service at all. Even a week after the Revdex.com complaint, *** still did not credit my credit card like she said she would. I had to call again and threaten legal action to remind her to refund my money. I have since received a check in the mail (12/12), not a credit to my original purchase credit card which I had originally requested. This whole process has ben a huge waste of time for me. I have a hard time believing this company can even survive operating in this way.Thank you Revdex.com for influencing this company to do the right thing - communicate with its customer
