To whom it may concern: I reviewed the account and the customer signed a service agreement for a total of five services They have only allowed us to perform four services so far, and never paid for the fourth service When the customer signed up we gave them a $discount on their initial service because they signed a one year service agreement with Ecoshield The customer was refusing service a while back so we cancelled the account and charged the $initial discount chargeback fee The customer was not happy about that and agreed over the phone to allow us to perform one more quarterly service, and if they still weren't satisfied we would give them a 50% discount off of their initial discount chargeback fee I agreed to remove the initial discount chargeback fee since they were reinstating their account with us After removing the initial discount chargeback fee and servicing the customer's home they said they weren't happy Honoring our guarantee we sent our service manager out to perform a service on their home personally After we performed a full service and a free service after that the customer didn't pay their balance owed Our service manager is very thorough, and I don't have any doubts about the job that he did However, if the customer will pay the owing balance for the last service performed I will let them out of their service agreement without charging the initial discount chargeback of $that they agreed to when signing up with us If you have any further questions please let me know I hope you have a wonderful day Sincerely, John B***Branch ManagerEcoshield Pest [email protected]
