We value our customers satisfaction and strive to make sure their needs are met. We utilize the best products and services and the best training for our technicians. That is why we cover our services with a full warranty. We are willing to stand behind our work completely and we understand every home is a different environment and is always changing. Sometimes pests are persistent and more is required of us. We offered to stand behind this warranty and take care of our customer and he refused. At the time he filed this complaint, he asked for the cancellation fees to be waived as his desired outcome. We have already done that. In fact, it was done as a courtesy to our customer before he even filed this complaint. He is now asking for more concessions, which we are unable to accommodate. We consider this account and matter resolved.
