Our three season room has served us very wellThe reason I took the time to write a review is that upon noticing some small deficiencies after a season of use (cedar shingles and some movement on privacy wall)The contractor returned promptly and fixed the issues at no cost even if some of it was wear and tear
I have since recommended company to a few friends and several have asked us who completed the work
We hired EcoSmart Homes in May of 2016 to tear down our old backyard deck and replace it with a new three-season room after seeing the great job he did on a friend's three-season room the summer before. The room was built on time and very much to our satisfaction. We have received numerous compliments on the craftsmanship and quality of the work.
Subsequently we hired EcoSmart Homes again in June to build a large deck around our new on-ground oval pool. It was a large project and it took some time to complete but the end product is fantastic and we enjoyed it the remainder of the summer and fall. We had a few small issues pop up in the beginning due to natural shifting of the pool and deck, but they were quickly fixed at no charge. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends
