This Fiat was actually sold from our sister store (Allen [redacted] s Fiat) at W Loop in Waco not Allen [redacted] s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership I runI did call and speak to the FCA Service Representative and he says that FCA is in the process of doing a repurchase on the [redacted] FiatA third party faciliator will be in touch with the [redacted] in the next couple of weeks to help complete the processsincerely, [redacted] General Manager Allen [redacted] s DCJRW Loop 340Waco /texas 76712Cell [redacted]

Our service manager [redacted] has spoken with our FCA Field Service Manager and we are trying to help facilitate a 'Factory Assisted Buyback' for Mrs [redacted] He has also spoken to Mrs [redacted] a number of times and her husband actually came to the dealership Tuesday 8-2-and looked at our inventory and picked out a vehicle he would like to have as a replacement We have replaced the wiring harness as directed by FCA technical support and are in the process of verifying this repair successfully completed the issue We are waiting on FCA to let us know if they are going to do the BuyBack Process for [redacted] we have conveyed to them that the [redacted] ' would like assistance getting out of the [redacted] and intoa [redacted]

I spoke to Ms. [redacted] and explained how the manufacturers' conditional offers work and why we have them broken out separately on our website as do most other Chrysler dealers. the factory has 2 groups of rebates - 1 group that everyone qualifies for and another for all the different affinity groups...

that Chrysler has special offers for. as I explained this to Ms [redacted] we discovered that she also qualified for the College Grad Program. we are selling her the Jeep Compass at the $20,825.00 plus ttl price she wanted. she is sending us her credit application and we are preceding with the transaction. [redacted]
