Review: I bought a phone from Ecosystems Wireless on March 28, 2014. We agreed on $**, which I paid with my [redacted], plus, that I send him my new phone ([redacted]).Three days later, [redacted] of Ecosystems, charges someones [redacted] card $[redacted] without notifying anyone that he was doing so. Since Im sure the owner of the [redacted] didnt recognize this fraudulent charge, a chargeback occurred. Two months later I receive a bill from [redacted] for $[redacted]. I contacted [redacted] on June 20 and he wasnt interested in helping and gave me the runaround. He promised a refund but wont give me a date or respond to any of my messages. This business is an [redacted] authorized retailer and [redacted] states that there is nothing they can do about the charge and to speak with [redacted]. What legitimate business would go and charge a customers credit card 3 days after the transaction without notifying the customer, or the credit card owner, that they are doing this. The Agent Channel Director, [redacted] stated that when [redacted] requested to open a new line, his request was denied and voided his order. If this was the case, why continue with the process then charge me $324 behind my back. I basically will end up paying $[redacted] + the new phone I sent + $**.Desired Settlement: My cell service will be cancelled if this amount isn't paid soon. Since this isn't what we agreed on, I'd like a refund of [redacted]
