Review: I hired ecotech environmental services to take care of a snake that I had in my home. After meeting with [redacted], owner/manager, I signed a contract and it was agreed that there would be 2 follow up visits after [redacted]s visit. The first appointment was missed, then finally made up after I called and complained. Then the second visit was scheduled, also missed. After another complaint call it was eventually made up. During the period between first meeting with [redacted] and the first appointment a snake was caught. It was to be disposed of by ecotech technician. Because the appointment was missed I ended up having to dispose of the rodent due to the fact that it had rotted in my garage on the glue trap. The same thing happened with a mouse and a snake between the second and third appointments. Only this time, I set the glue trap outside of my garage for the technician to take with him when he came. The technician got there walked around my house for a minute sprayed foam in one hole and said he would contact me for my July service. Meanwhile, the glue trap I left next to his truck and asked him to take remained laying in my driveway after he left along with his wrapper from the foam spray can he opened. Shockingly, I didn't receive a call from the technician to set-up a July appointment. When I finally called [redacted] on August 7, 2013 to cancel my services because of a third missed appointment I also asked for a partial refund for having to dispose of rodents and trash, which was part of the technicians job as per the contract. These tasks were not completed by the technician.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a partial refund of atleast half of the $583 I paid because of the fact that I had to do the technicians job as well as take time out of my schedule to call [redacted] and the office to reschedule appointments missed by ecotech.
