provided, a request that had no merit. [redacted] was a customer from September 2015 to April 2016 and never once had a complaint; one day the cleaners moved his coat rack and reportedly during the course of the cleaning a piece of a cardboard fixture became unglued and what ensued was nothing short of completely inappropriate behavior on behalf of the client.[redacted]'s claim that he never received responses from management are untrue: shift supervisor Shannon placed a phone call to the number listed and the call was never returned. Photographs of purported damages wore requested so that we could process an insurance claim (which was completely bogus, but v/e wanted to deal with this amicably). This call and request was placed one week after the initial complaint came through when it became apparent the issue could not be mediated through our customer service team.[redacted]'s treatment of our workers toed the line of abusive and it was his use of inflammatory language (cursing, screaming, name calling) that caused our company to ban his telephone number from our customer service line and to discontinue communication altogether. There is nothing fake about our company; rather, we are a reputable business provided high quality cleaning services in the DMV.We will not tolerate clients who demand refunds when more than adequate services were provided and furthermore, v/e absolutely do not accept the way that you spoke to our staff. We do not plan on communicating with you further, [redacted], and we wish you luck finding another company that is willing to participate in the type of communication you engage in.
