Ecoview Windows & Doors

First install date no met. No calls or anything. Finally called and talk with someone who said the factory making windows had shut down but now and running. Install would be Feb. 15th No call and no windows. No one will call back only leaving a message. They tell me no is there to talk with and can only take a message which will called back when someone comes in. No return calls. Do't use them. I think the 5 star ratings are a lie. Someone from the company putting them on to make up for all the failed ratings.

I used ECOVIEW to replace my windows. OMG...What a mess. They damaged my home and to restore my home to its original value, the proper size and style windows need to be installed, repair/adjust house wall vinyl and replace J-channel, drywall damage repaired and painted, 2 new window seals and replacement of broken window treatments front bedroom that the workers damaged. The estimated cost is between $25,000.00 - $30, 000.00 to make necessary repairs. This does not include my current loss wages and future loss wages, three independent inspector fees, contractor engineer fees, attorney and court cost fees. Should ECOVIEW not complete this job properly, all cost mentioned above will be sought.

It is my opinion, that this company took advantage of an elderly disabled single female. I make this statement because of how ECOVIEW staff talked to me, their delay in communication, their actions, their misrepresentations, their defective work, their inability to properly measure and select proper replacement windows, their out and out lies and their ongoing attempts to cover up the defects.

winfows were installed very well. Back scren door was torn and was told it would be replaced in two weeks by Rob. It is now4 months and still not received. Caulking was left on my pato bricks, Caulking eas very sloppy on inside of patiodoore. Lawn was burned as windows were placed on lawn I 98 degree temp. Had to pay for lawn repair,removal of caulking on bricks, and painter to finish inside od mouldings around patio doors. My name is George Tamborello

The whole experience was awesome they fulfill the
contract every step of the way, I quoted at least 3
companies most of them are shark lone scamming 30k, or
others the quality was below standards. EcoView is
straight Fwd, no long presentations, no scams, no waste
of time. The overall price tag was within below average
considering the quality and the options they offer, the
financing was a big factor at 0% interest for a term,
delivery date on time (roughly 3 months) no mess, no
clean up, except some dust and flys. They delivered their
promise plus you get the life time warranty, also they
would do repairs around the openings at low cost. You
wont feel cheated it with them I Promise. I didn't get pay or reimburse to post this review

Had windows installed 6 months ago wanting someone to come out and check the windows to see if there suppose to slide back and forth in the frame when they are locked I have been trying to get someone out here since April 2021 and still they have not called back to set up an appointment so much for life time warranty. so if you need windows I would find a different company

We had our new patio door purchased and installed by Eco-view two years ago. The door comes with a lifetime warranty. Now after a year, it leaks and we are unable to get them to repair or replace it. Very unhappy with this company! Beware!

Pete at Ecoview Windows and Doors was great to work with in getting a storm door and storm windows for a vintage 1930 home in Curtis Park. Very few companies in the West have storm windows, although they are great for preserving the existing historical windows while making them energy efficient and keeping out street noise. The storm windows and door are great, look really sharp and Pete did a great job in helping select them, getting them ordered and installed and even changing out a part at no additional cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this company, and especially these types of window inserts for someone trying to preserve the original wood-frame windows.

Wow!!!!!!!!! What a great experience. From the salesman Mike, the owner Pete, the Vice President Temple, the installation crew Jed, Troy, Brett and Jacob, this was a joy to deal with. They were courteous, on time, neat and professional. They ran into some problems, as my house was built in 1978 and weird existing windows were a mess, they did one heck of a job. I would highly recommend them for any window replacement job..

Mike was our representative, he was professional & took time to show us all our options, felt like he had our needs & best interest at heart, that is rare now a days! Pete, Antonio & Dave made sure our installation went smooth & took pride in the details. We are very happy with our new Windows high quality & wish we would of done it sooner!
