EcoView Windows of Central Florida

I only gave the business two stars because of the extra work I had to physically do after the windows were installed by the "contracted installer" The installers made a mess installing the windows with what I believe to be "caulking". The windows have black trimming so the caulking that was used was excessive and not spread out to be smooth on the trimming. I myself tried painting (black trimming) on one of the windows where the caulking was lumpy but it looked awful. I now have to hire someone to come and paint the trimming to try and make the front window look professionally installed. My driveway which I had paid to have painted six months ago had caulking droppings all over the place. I had to use paint which was used for another project that really didn't' match the color of the driveway to hide all the stains of the caulking on the driveway which took me almost 2 1/2 hours to cover. I will need to wait until next year to have my driveway painted again. I did reach out to Tim, even provided a video of the work that was done, and of course, I never received a callback or a reply on the video I sent. Paying $4,600 was surely a large amount of money I paid from my retirement saving. Moving to Florida 9 months ago I have had nothing but problems with businesses (***) It will be sometime before I hire anyone for any repairs to my home. Don't be fooled by other reviews, make sure you check out companies before hiring them.

After inviting all the big companies to provide me quotes on my windows, EcoView of Central Florida was the best of the options. All the other organizations were trying to sell me windows and not answering my questions. I stated on the phone consultations that I didn't want to talk about financing and all the organizations except for EcoView kept pushing financing. Tim, from EcoView listened to me, didn't push financing and when the consultation was over, told me he would like to earn my business. Nobody else asked for my business. It didn't feel like a sales appointment. You will experience the same professionalism.

For the same price that the other places quoted for a house full of single hung windows, I was able to get a combination of double hung and two window sliders. These windows are great and so was the installation. The installation was professional and after installation all the areas were cleaned up. Research how windows and frames are made, and you will learn that these are the same quality as other window providers. Invite the other places out for a quote, then invite Tim from EcoView, the difference will be obvious. In reference to the two negative reviews on this site, I can only state that I could not imagine that Tim would choose not to return a call or message and I am sure the incident is not typical. Tim always returned my messages and emails. Please let these people give you a quote
