Mr. [redacted] commitment is to complete the job after a replacement window is in stock, which will be 3 weeks. The complaint and status of resolution requires the work to be completed before comments can be made.

I am in the process of working with the Management at The Earthwise Group to completely resolve this complaint. My name is [redacted] and I sold and installed the windows to Mr [redacted].  I did order the replacement Picture Window back on March 27 2015.  It was after multiple inquiries...

and follow up calls over a 10 week period  that the Manufacturer, Slocomb Windows, informed me that they were not going to ship the replacement window via UPS to Texas. They offered instead to send me a check to cover the cost of purchasing a replacement window here locally.  I immediately offered to purchase and install an equal or better window for Mr [redacted].  It is at that time that Mr [redacted] filed the complaint. I will be more than happy to purchase and install (including paint as necessary) the new replacement window.Upon receipt of the correct counter balance for the window that is not operating correctly I will install the correct part. The warranty for the original Earthwise windows is a Limited Lifetime warranty and the warranty for the NEW / REPLACEMENT window will also be a Limited Lifetime Warranty. I am open to suggestions and am willing to work to make this right for the customer until the project is complete.
